Research On Social Stability Risk Assessment Of Overseas Investment Projects

In recent years,more and more overseas investment projects have become a hot topic of widespread concern.However,China's overseas investment projects and domestic investment projects vary greatly,including social stability risk performance is more prominent.With respect to social stability risk of domestic hydropower project,the risk of social stability problem of foreign hydropower investment project is more prominent,so to carry out overseas investment in hydropower projects often encounter the problem of social stability risk,which makes investors have a lot of time to deal with.In this paper,the overseas investment projects of social stability risk assessment as the research subject,using the relevant theories and methods for the analysis of overseas investment projects in China,to carry out a systematic study on social stability risk of overseas investment projects,the myitsone hydropower station as an example,through the application of social stability risk assessment analysis method for risk analysis of case study,mechanism risk analysis,identification of social risk,put forward risk measures,and summarize the myitsone hydropower project on overseas investment projects have social stability and its risk management,draws the conclusion of specific social stability risk,provides reference value and significance for Chinese enterprises to enhance the foreign investment project risk management level of social stability.This paper put forward the following views: foreign unrest,the law is not perfect,the lack of legal environment,many political factions,religious complex,multiple affected by the domestic and foreign various forces,the residents vulnerable to incite and utilization of Chinese enterprises in overseas investment projects before doing the project feasibility study,project environmental impact assessment,legal license at the same time,also must do the overseas social stability analysis and evaluation of the wind.Foreign investment enterprises should be fully aware of the overseas investment projects not only economic behavior,in a sense,is the social responsibility investment,to open up the social humanities,in the local construction related to people's livelihood,such as schools,hospitals,roads,water facilities,parks,agriculture and other aspects of the Huimin project,let local society,fully aware of the project on their own interests and benefits,to support the construction of the project from the emotion.In the overseas investment projects with foreign governments to negotiate,not only in cooperation with the central government to negotiate cooperation projects,reached the cooperation intention and content,and give full consideration to the views and aspirations of the local government and residents,conduct extensive field investigation and demonstration.
