| Urban rail transit project is a major project to alleviate urban traffic congestion problems.Urban rail transit has large capacity,high speed,safe and comfortable,low emission pollution,which is undoubtedly of great impetus to convenient for residents,expand the scale of the city,drive the economy along the line,and promote the development of the city.However,due to the long construction period,complex construction technology,through the city center,involving many stakeholders,the construction project also brings many problems,especially in land acquisition and resettlement,environmental protection and other aspects.If benefits are misconduct,may lead to dissatisfaction with the relevant groups,thus causing the masses petition,and even violence to obstruct the construction of the project and other social conflicts,which seriously affect the construction of the project and the stability of the community.How to effectively to prevent and control these potential unstable factors,namely completes the social stability of the construction of the project risk management work,is the first task before the construction.Through the domestic and foreign research status,it can be found that China's social stability risk problem for urban rail transit construction project research has focused on the risk assessment method and evaluation model,few articles on further analysis of the root causes and influence factors of risks.Therefore,based on the general concept and characteristics of social stability risk and the urban rail transit project,this paper puts forward the concept of social stability risk of urban rail transit construction.Under the guidance of the stakeholder theory,combined with the social stability risk events occurred in the subway construction,the formation mechanism of the stability risk is analyzed.Then trace the source of the risk,and analysis the cause of the risk factors.Using the theory and method of system engineering,and considering the advantages and disadvantages of ISM,and the ANP method is introduced to establish the identification model of the induced factors of the three factors.Finally the validity of the model is analyzed by numerical example.Results show that the integrated DEMATEL-ISM-ANP model can combine the correlation between factors and the relative importance of factors,which can be used to complete the identification of factors. |
