Research On Performance Evaluation Of Qingdao Haier Working Capital Management

Nowadays,one of the most important contents of financial management is working capital management.Since 1900,the concept of enterprise operation has been changing,and the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,the management of working capital is different.Different business models or industrial models,different geographical location,different stages of growth,even in the same enterprise,the working capital management policies are not the same.Continuous innovation culture has been a feature of Qingdao Haier.In recent years,Qingdao Haier has been innovating in the working capital management,and these innovations have a profound impact on the theory and practice of working capital management in China.Over the years,Qingdao Haier,the innovation of working capital management is not only limited to a single project management of working capital,but a comprehensive,multi-angle of working capital management.For example,Qingdao Haier has been pushing from the business model to the strategic transformation of a comprehensive,multi-angle working capital management.Qingdao Haier has made improvements in the management of accounts receivable and inventory management to enrich the operating fund management system.This thesis is based on Qingdao Haier as a case study company,working capital management policies and working capital management performance of Qingdao Haier are analyzed,in order to study the implementation of network strategy in Qingdao since the Haier working capital increase,working capital efficiency and effectiveness of strategy to evaluate the Qingdao Haier into the network.We can draw the following conclusions:(1)Qingdao Haier's working capital most of the investment in current assets,which belongs to the type of partial investment policy.(2)the working capital of Qingdao Haier is mainly derived from the current liabilities of the company,so the financing policy is extremely aggressive.(3)after the implementation of the Qingdao Haier network strategy to improve its working capital management performance,we can see that the strategic transformation of Qingdao Haier is successful.But there are still problems to be solved after the transformation to upgrade.Finally,according to the Qingdao Haier working capital management problems,and put forward the following suggestions:(1)Qingdao Haier accounts receivable turnover period there is a large room for improvement,although before the company has been handling the accounts receivable factoring business,the basic can avoid bad debts occur,but we should pay attention to in order to improve cash flow during the performance,we must shorten the turnover period accounts receivable;(2)Qingdao Haier in the financing process,should pay attention to the amount of financing,the risk of working capital to a minimum,the only way to improve the performance of working capital management;(3)Qingdao Haier on improving the performance and increase market share at the same time,to pay attention to improve efficiency in the use of funds.Qingdao Haier should pay more attention to these problems in the implementation of network strategy transformation,so as to improve Qingdao Haier's working capital management performance level,in order to make it in an invincible position.
