Study On Working Capital Management Based On The Integrating Order With Personnel Model Of Haier Group

Working capital is the basis of all the value-creating links in the daily operation of enterprises.In order to optimize the allocation of market resources and seize market share in time,the quality and efficiency of working capital management has become the focus of business management.At present,with the rapid development of the global economy and the fierce and frequent competition,the traditional business management model has been unable to adapt to the development of the times.Enterprises need to constantly innovate and improve business management model to form new core competitiveness.At the same time,the idea of enterprise working capital management should also be transferred to the perspective of the whole process to improve the management efficiency and flow of the overall working capital.In recent years,under the background of slowing down of macroeconomic growth and insufficient consumption demand,China's household appliances industry is facing the problems of insufficient voice of core technology,increasing cost pressures in all links,serious homogenization of products,shortage of working capital and so on.In addition,many enterprises are actively transforming to intelligent household appliances,which puts forward the management level of working capital.Working capital is closely related to the business process and business activities of enterprises.Therefore,in order to improve the level of working capital management,it is necessary to start with the business process of enterprises and establish a management mode of working capital suitable for the current development direction of enterprises.Based on the above understanding,this paper reviews the theory of working capital management,and chooses Qingdao Haier Co.,Ltd.,which innovatively puts forward the "person-in-one" model in the household appliances industry as the case study object.The " Integrating Order with Personnel " model is a concept of business process transformation put forward by Qingdao Haier.Through the transformation of business process,its working capital is constantly changing.Therefore,this paper adopts literature induction,case analysis,comparative analysis and other methods to study the impact of its " Integrating Order with Personnel " model on working capital management,which has certain research value.Supported by relevant theories and research,this paper first expounds the concept,core content and principles of working capital management,and then studies the specific measures of working capital management under Qingdao Haier's "Integrating Order with Personnel" mode,combining with the performance evaluation system of working capital proposed by Professor Wang Zhuquan,and at the same time chooses the same industry enterprises such as Gree Electrical Appliances for comparative analysis and excavation.Qingdao Haier has some shortcomings in the management of working capital,and explores whether there are still some shortcomings in the management of working capital after the implementation of the "one person in one" 2.0 model.Based on the results of the study,this paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions,and at the same time provides reference for other enterprises.
