At the beginning of 90 s to late twenty-first Century,the rapid development of China tourism,ancient town tourism as an important part of China's tourism industry has been an unprecedented development at this time,which in Zhejiang,Anhui and the speed of the development of tourism in Yunnan tourism products faster.As was the main part of ancient town tourism,has an important the significance of development of ancient town tourism.But with the rapid development of tourism and the development of cultural globalization,the overall development of tourism product quality is not high,imitate each other circumstances,causes the tourism products of ancient towns exist serious homoge nization phenomenon.Although the country has to solve these problems by ad vocating Measures should be taken,but the effect is not obvious,and the hom ogenization of ancient town tourism products is still one of the important reasons that hinder the healthy development of ancient town tourismBased on this,the homogenization of tourism products in China Town as the research object,based on extensive reading of related literature and ancient town tourism homogeneity on the field survey,the difference in strategy theory,the theory of market analysis and differential positioning,symbiosis theory,using investigation method,questionnaire survey method,AHP analysis method,method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,the homogenization problems of tourism products in China Town,put forward countermeasures of mode-RMS differences in the development of tourism products in town.And in Dali Dayan ancient town as an example,the tourism product differentiation town development strategy-RMS model for empirical research The conclusions are as follows:(1)There is a serious homogenization of tourism products in the way of development,sales and management mode;(2)The reason for the homogenization of the ancient town tourism products is the lack of knowledge of resources in the process of tourism development,the market demand is not allowed to grasp and the relevant system is not perfect;(3)According to the homogenization of the problem put forward the devel opment strategy of RMS-differentiation model: analysis and comparison of ancient town resources,then carries on the analysis and the accurate location of the tourist market,different needs with unique advantage of resources and market to develop the corresponding differentiated tourism products system;finally constructs the related support system.Homogeneous business model of ancient town tourism products that effective control,and provide the guarantee for the healthy development of the difference of the tourism products system.
