Franchise Mode Design And Investment Benefit Analysis Of Xi'an Electric Vehicle Charging Station

The problem of global warming is becoming more and more serious,which has promoted the development of new energy vehicles,and the electric vehicles with environmental protection advantages have become the focus of the promotion of new energy vehicles.With the gradual increase of the number of electric vehicles in Xi'an,the rapid increase of charging demand has promoted the development of the electric vehicle charging station market.At present,there are a series of problems in the electric vehicle charging station in Xi'an,such as the single investment operation,the lack of professional management and poor profitability.These problems restrict the popularization of the electric vehicle charging station.Through the franchise model,the introduction of social capital to participate in the electric vehicle charging station construction and operation,enrich the financing channels,decentralized operational risks,improve operational management level and economic benefits,and to solve the problem of large-scale electric vehicle charging stations,cut maintenance costs,promote the efficient promotion of electric vehicles.First of all,this paper summarizes the research status of franchising at home and abroad,and expounds the research content and writing ideas.Secondly,introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis,analyzes the current situation of the construction and operation of electric vehicle charging station in Xi'an city and some existing problems,and then come to take the franchise mode of operation of electric vehicle charging station feasibility.After learning from the mature franchise mode,analyzed from three aspects the investors and operators,profit model,designed the Xi'an city electric vehicle charging station franchise operation framework.The operating framework based on the use of net present value method for electric vehicle charging station franchise investment benefit calculation analysis,obtained the power grid enterprises use fees in a certain number of piles and construction of charging service fees and franchise proportion,the electric vehicle charging station franchise,can reduce the risk of the investment,to achieve substantial gains,and fast and efficient to promote the electric vehicle charging station construction and operation.Finally,based on the above analysis,the author puts forward some suggestions for better implementation of the franchised operation mode of Xi'an electric vehicle charging station.
