Study On Cooperative Operation Model Design And Investment Decision Of Xi'an Electric Vehicle Charging Station

The current national advocate energy-saving emission reduction,green development concept.With the public acceptance of electric vehicles is rising,the national series of favorable policies to the introduction of charging huge market demand caused by the development of downstream electric vehicles,promote the rapid development of charging facilities.This research will seek cooperation mode of commercial operation of charging stations to provide reasonable reference and basis for the electric vehicles in Xi'an City,to further advance the city charging station has important realistic significance to the construction and development.This paper reviews the related literature at home and abroad the status of research and development of electric vehicle charging facilities at present,analysis of the current situation of Xi'an city electric vehicle charging facilities construction and operation,as in the stage of exploration of charging facilities construction and operation,not mature business model,single investment,social capital into the lack of development stakeholders to coordinate and industry uncertainty other factors that hinder the electric vehicle charging infrastructure market,leading to charging facilities can not meet the market demand.On this basis,demonstrates the Xi'an city electric vehicle charging station necessity of the choice of cooperation mode of operation,then to electric vehicle charging stations in the industrial chain investment analysis,That the cooperation mode of operation under the investment main body including equipment manufacturers,equipment operators,service providers,service providers and ecological users,on the basis of the investment subject complementary principle and established for different stages of development of the cooperation mode of operation,and meet the current development needs of Xi'an city based on determining the cooperation mode of operation.The operation mode of cooperation,the cooperative operation mode of charging station investment income estimates,analysis that the electric vehicle charging station operation mode of cooperation is conducive to optimizing the allocation of resources,increase the profit ability,and to accelerate the charging facilities development and layout of Xi'an City,to further solve the charging market development problems.Suggestions to strengthen cooperation between enterprises in Xi'an investment and construction of electric vehicle charging station,charging by the government to strengthen the regulation of the market,clear cooperation of enterprises and government responsibility,effectively guard against the risk of investment decisions,to promote the rapid development of charging market.
