Along with the market economy system of our country has gradually established and improved,the economy is developing from high speed to asymptotic stability.Competition is getting intensifying in the market environment.In order to prevent trade barriers directly into new markets,mergers and acquisitions become the new normal,the success of the merger and acquisition cases are minor,but failures are also considerable.Through literature study and case study,we found that most of unsuccessful causes in mergers and acquisitions lie in the inappropriate human resource integration.Therefore,this paper takes the conflict management about human resources integration occurred during the HG company mergers and acquisitions SJ company as the object of study.It combined with the theory that analysis causes of conflict about the human resource integration.And it also discusses the methods and effects about the conflict management strategy HG company used to SJ company.And get the inspiration of enterprise mergers and acquisitions of human resources integration conflict management from it,enrich and develop the theory of enterprise mergers and acquisitions human resource integration and conflict management,provide reference and reference for the practice of M & A.The first chapter is the introduction part,introduces the background and significance of the topic,the research content and methods and ideas.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and literature review.Firstly,it introduces the meaning and type of M & A,introduces the concept of human resource integration,the concept and type of conflict,and the characteristics and definition of human resource integration conflict,Psychological contract theory,achievement demand theory and the relationship between the two and human resource integration conflict management,and finally the review of domestic and foreign literature on human resource integration conflict management.The third chapter introduces the enterprise background of HG and SJ companies and the process of M & A,and focuses on the introduction and description of HG mergers and acquisitions SJ mergers and acquisitions strategy,integration of conflict performance.Next chapter does an analysis according to the nature of the integration in conflict and the main of conflict categories of conflict,and make a further research about the causes of conflict based on the psychological contract theory and achievement needs theory.In the fifth chapter discusses the principles and methods in resolving the conflict management,shows the management strategies in conflict of human resources integration in enterprise mergers and acquisitions,as well as the improved strategy of HG company can bring up.Finally,it summarizes some enlightenments to the future generations in the conflict management of human resources integration.Cases have found that the conflict of human resources integration in HG company mergers and acquisitions SJ company mainly performed in organization management,talent management and performance management.Main reason is various,it contains the deficiency of effective investigation and staff communication before M&A,the untimely implementation of human resources integration strategy,different control mode and talent evaluation standard,lacking of effective performance salary incentive mechanism,and cultural differences.On this basis,combining with conflict management principle,HG company puts forward effective conflict improving strategy to accelerate the investigation about SJ company,HG company make their determination quickly and make an announcement about the top management group in HGSJ company.At the same time,a comprehensive incentive and performance evaluation system have been established,open channels of communication have been created,both kind of enterprise culture have mixed,HG company also bring up some effective measures like carefully layoffs and suitable human resources management tools study.The experience and lessons of this case are of great significance to the related companies' development of M&A work of related companies.
