Research On Risk Management Of Baosteel Steel Logistics Base Construction Project In NanSha

With the coming of tiny profit time of steel industry,and the gradually deepening of supply-side reform in steel resources,the competition in steel market becomes more and more fierce.Baosteel,as the biggest steel group in domestic steel industry,based on the consideration of providing services in reducing inventory,shortening the ordering cycle,processing and distributing steel materials and many other value-added services to users,as well as promoting the layout and construction of e-commerce steel distribution center to achieve the target on the E-commercialization of the whole process of marketing,trade and services,has been always trying to explore better ways to provide customers more effective and convenient services,fortunately,the construction of steel logistics base provides a breakthrough.However,construction projects are always inevitably accompanied by various risks,there is no exception to Nansha steel logistics base construction project.If we don't pay enough attention to the risk identification,analysis and control of the project,it is bound to create a bad impact on he project,and even lead to the failure.As a key construction project of a new round(2013-2018)product logistics base planning raised by Baosteel International,the construction experience of Nansha logistics base project will be referred as an important theoretical support and practical guidance.Based on the above factors,this paper take the Nansha steel logistics base project as an example to research the risk management on the basis of analyzing the characteristics,the present situation and development of steel processing center projects in recent years,as well as combined with background and content of the project construction.Thesis mainly uses AHP to risk management process system of,combing the project management process in the presence of risk factors,to determine the key risk factors exist in the project,and to formulate the detailed measures to deal with management.In this paper,we have done a systematical research on the risk identification and analysis,risk assessment and risk control of Nansha steel logistics base project by means of AHP(Analytic hierarchy process).We sort out a list of risk factors,construct a model of risk assessment,determine the key risk factors of Nansha steel logistics base project,and formulate detailed measures to dealwith these risks.
