The Technical Innovation Efficiency And Its Influence Factors In Chinese Pharmaceutical Industry

Technical innovation is the motive power for development of Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.With good technology innovation ability to access to the core competitiveness in the world market.In today's world competition intense market environment,technological innovation ability of the competition is no longer simply how much manpower and material resources.Therefore,this article based on the analysis of pharmaceutical manufacturing technical innovation efficiency and its influencing factors,summarizes the change rule.Starting from the domestic policy environment,to explore the effective ways to help adjust the allocation of resources.On the basis of the review of related research at home and abroad,this paper puts forward three input two output index system,namely to developers or full-time equivalent,research and development expenses within budget,technical renovation,the introduction,digestion,absorption,costs for investment,new product sales revenue,number of patent applications for output.Use of Deap2.1 software analysis 24 cities in our country and chemicals,medicines,biological pharmaceutical industry up the innovation of the medical manufacturing efficiency.The innovation efficiency indicators can be further decomposed into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.According to the analysis of the innovation efficiency,using Eviews6.0 software analysis of various factors on the efficiency of the innovation.This paper draw the following conclusion:the increase of the research and development funding,government support,new product demand can be able to improve the efficiency of innovation;R&d investment,enterprise scale,and foreign investment will hamper innovation.Accordingly,based on the analysis of the United States,Japan and India's innovation and development mode,.This paper puts forward the following Suggestions:(1)Strengthen the research and development funding,generic combined with research and development to achieve the purpose of capital accumulation;(2)Increase government investment,strengthen the government's fiscal policy support,strengthen patent protection policy;(3)To establish amarket-oriented new drug R&D decision-making process;(4)Opening to the outside world and give attention to market protection.
