Since the 21 th century,the rapidly economic society development is accompanied with the increasingly fierce competition in the market.In order to overcome the short board of it`s own resources and capabilities,furthermore,highlight its own core competitive advantage,more and more companies reform their internal management style and organizational structure.They outsource the business with low added value,manpower,material resources,financial resources and less income,such as production,logistics and consultation.Gradually,the human resources business has sprouted,which has become the trend of Human resources management in our country.As the coins has two sides,the outsourcing of human resources is no exception.Not only can the outsourcing enhance enterprise core competence,reduce management costs and improve management efficiency,but also it will put the company into risks as cultural conflict,confidential disclosure,staff losing and so on.Once the risk happened,the enterprise not only can`t finish it`s item,but also it will increase the extra costs and even more losses.But there is little company has importance of the risks of outsourcing,most enterprises have not yet formed risk consciousness,during the future development,enterprises should pay attention to outsourcing risks.While the outsourcing risk due to the existence of this characteristic can be identified,for enterprises to explore the specific risks of human resource management outsourcing outsourcing personnel in the implementation process,and provide favorable conditions for the effective prevention,this also can give the same type of enterprise human resource management outsourcing provides reference.In view of this,based on the H company as the research case,we draw on the existing research results of human resource management outsourcing risk,and according to the situation of the human resource management of H company and the existing problems,analysis of the H company decided to cause the implementation of human resource management outsourcing,analyzed the specific risk according to the specific functions of the process outsourcing personnel on human resource management outsourcing H company faces the risk and the reasons,and on the basis of risk identification analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and according to the evaluation results,the risk of human resource management outsourcing H company to implement preventive measures.The main research contents are divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction part of the article.First,it introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research on the risk identification and prevention of human resource management outsourcing.Then we can learn from the domestic and foreign researchresults of higher relative degree.Finally,the core problems to be solved and the methods to be solved are obtained.The second part is the theoretical basis for solving the problem.This includes some important related concepts,theoretical basis,outsourcing motivation,outsourcing process and risk management theory.The third part introduces the related situations of human resource management outsourcing in H company,and lays the foundation for further research on the necessity and feasibility of outsourcing of human resource management.The fourth part first describes the characteristics and identification methods of human resource management outsourcing risk,and then analyzes the potential risks of H company in outsourcing decision-making,outsourcing service providers,outsourcing execution and exit and so on,and traces the causes of the risks in the four part.The fifth part establishes the related outsourcing risk assessment system,monitors the potential risk of human resource management outsourcing,and puts forward the risk prevention measures.
