Research On Logistics Cost Control Of Small And Medium Sized Manufacturing Industry Based On Supply Chain Theory

With the demand of the electric tools increasing continuously in the market,more and more small and medium manufacturing enterprises to enter the power tool production and processing industry,so that the industry competition continues to intensify.Changes of the competitive environment make space of reducing the cost for these enterprises get smaller and smaller.Small and medium-sized manufacturing high cost of logistics has become the important reasons to restrict the further expansion,and even related to the survival of some enterprises.Therefore,more and more enterprises began to take logistics costs as an important area of business management activities.The logistics costs of manufacturing enterprises mainly occur in the three main aspects such as purchasing,production and sales.Because of the limitation of strategic vision and lack of control consciousness of manufacturing enterprises,the small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises have been focusing on expanding production and increasing profit.More importantly they did not connect the various logistics steps from the perspective of the supply chain to adjust the internal links of the various ways and optimize the different links of resources in order to reduce the cost of logistics to a reasonable level,in achieving the purpose of development and growth of the enterprises.Since the end of the 20 th century,the concept of logistics cost control in the supply chain environment has been paid more and more attention by the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.The control of the logistics cost is regarded as the source of the "third profit" of the enterprise.This paper takes the logistics cost control problem in the enterprise supply chain environment as an example.First of all,this paper describes the composition of logistics costs and the current situation of logistics cost control in the production and operation of A enterprises.Secondly,the value chain theory is used to analyze the problems and reasons of logistics cost control in A enterprise.Finally,the article puts forward the method of controlling the logistics cost of the enterprise from three aspects(purchasing,production and sales),Reorganization of production processes,rational allocation of resources,etc.from the entire supply chain environment for the A company's internal logistics cost control to provide an effective program was put forward.
