The Research On The Logistics Cost Coatrol Of H Firms Based On The Supply Chain Management

Due to the world's changing economy,more and more enterprises begin to compete with each other.The space of reducing the cost of the company have been narrowed.Numerous enterprises take more attention in developing new method to reduce the cost.In this case,the logistics cost appeared in the line of sight.However,the vast majority of enterprise take focus on products'amount and profits.The logistics cost did not cause seriously enough to most of the enterprises.Of course,they don't have effective control measures.Therefore,Enterprises need to establish an effective cost control method in order to take the total cost of logistics.Based on the supply chain as the main background,I cleared the chinese data and foreign data,explained the core idea and the af-fecting factors of the supply chain logistics cost control under the environment,emphasized the importance of the supply chain cooperations to reduce the logistics cost.After studying in H company for half a years,due to the actual situation of the company,from the perspective of supply chain are analyzed in detail the H company currently existing problems in the logistics cost control and existing problems in the supply chain cooperative enterprises logistics cost control and the cause of related issues.After that,base on combining the results of others' research,I use the method from combining target cost method and homework cost method to establish a new control method to control the H company's logistics cost.I also explained the running process and operating conditions of the new control cost method.Finally,I gived the control strategy and safeguard mechanism of the logistics cost method from two aspects:the internal and the external of the H company.I espects that this cost control method will take the role of promote the company's development,ultirmately achieves the target of taking the total cost down.
