Research On Maintenance Cost Of YW Company Based On Grey Forecasting Model

Maintenance projects like the production of the enterprise project,is a very important content of project management in enterprises.In project management,early is very important for the planning,budgeting,affects the success or failure of the project.Project plan if it is too rough,or cause resource waste,or cannot meet the actual production.Maintenance projects,though not direct production,but in the service of the production,is also very important.In recent years,a large number of research results have been applied to the field of engineering management practice,enterprise management process optimization,improve the operation efficiency of technical means is provided.The integrity of the depth of color information can be used to metaphor,if black expression is completely unknown,so white and gray can represent all known information and some of the known unknown.Correspondingly,the "black" corresponds to the unknown information system is called "black" and "white" corresponding to the known information system is called "the white system",and "gray" corresponding to the partial information unknown parts of the known information system is called the "grey system".80 of the last century,Professor Deng Julong Huazhong University of science and technology of the first proposed this system based on engineering mathematics theory,grey system theory.Creation is quickly applied to various fields of production and management practice of this subject.If the enterprise as a system,then the system is an uncertain system;similarly,the maintenance cost forecast system of enterprises is also an uncertain system.This paper will try to apply the grey system theory is applied to the YW company maintenance cost forecast,improve the existing defects of the maintenance cost forecast method.Firstly through the literature review,summarizes the maintenance cost prediction of the status quo,briefly introduced the concept of grey system theory and grey forecast method and the theory and method of feasibility of using it to predict the maintenance cost of enterprises,and based on the identified structure of literary theory,elaborated the research focus.Secondly,the prediction method of defect analysis environment,existing maintenance costs YW maintenancecosts and maintenance costs of the existing prediction methods exist.Which leads to the necessity to establish the prediction model of grey system theory in YW company based on the maintenance cost.Thirdly,to construct the YW company maintenance cost prediction model of grey system theory and the application of the model based on the grey prediction model GM(1,1)to predict the future status of two YW company maintenance cost forecast.Finally,the YW company using grey system forecasting model are proposed,including the probation period,the maintenance cost prediction of the reporting process optimization,maintenance of the model parameters,model perfect,the failure of the applicability of model checking,and model response and so on.
