| Since the beginning of the new millennium,China’s construction enterprises have made outstanding contributions to expand domestic demand and promote employment in urban and rural areas,improve,but with the introduction of the national macro-control policies on the competition of the construction market and between enterprises intensified,construction enterprises especially small and medium-sized construction enterprises face type hitherto unknown challenge,some even closed down.In order to avoid being eliminated in the market competition,the development strategy of small and medium-sized construction enterprises to adapt to the environment has been put on an important agenda.As the Heilongjiang province small and medium construction enterprises: the representative of Heilongjiang Nongken 93 Hengda construction engineering limited liability company(hereinafter referred to as HNHD company),in the process of development in recent years,is also facing a decline in profits,reduce the business and development direction of unknown dilemma,a scientific development strategy has become the urgent demand,therefore,has the important practical significance on the development strategy of HNHD company.In this paper,the author puts forward the development strategy which are suitable for HNHD construction company--brand strategy and cost leadership strategy.At the same time,security systems have been formulated from several aspects,for instance,the perspective of enterprise management platform construction,financial and budget support,risk prevention system construction,human resources security measures and so on.Through the research,the author hopes it has the practical significance to provide both theoretical and practical reference for the development of HNHD construction company and other similar construction enterprises. |
