The constant development of reform and opening indicates that China’s economic life has already made a big leap forward.The economic situation has been relatively stable for many years and can maintain a gradual growth,which means that China’s economic development has entered a new era,and the food industry is gradually developing steadily.In 2019,the operating revenue of the condiment industry has exceeded 350 billion yuan.Among them,fermented food has a long history of production.In recent years,with the continuous efforts of scientific and technological personnel,the brewing technology has also brought forth the new and the old,and the flavor,equipment and product packaging have brought forth the new and the old,and the sales speed of fermented condiments has been constantly improved.Fermented foods such as soy sauce and vinegar,as the most basic needs of the people,have become the largest condiment in China and have great development prospects.In this context,Beichen brewing food company uphold the slogan of "serve the people,cater to the taste of the people,serve the people’s life",and strive to promote the continuous development of the enterprise.However,with the continuous development of the company,many problems emerge,which affect the improvement of the company’s competitiveness.It is urgent to study the company’s development strategy and solve the company’s current and long-term development problems,which is of great significance to the company’s continuous development.The paper strategically analyzed the company by method such as literature analysis,interview method,and research method,and analyzed the development strategy of The Beichen Brewing Food Company based on the strategy managementtheory,core competitiveness theory,and the basic theory of resources.First,by understanding the brief introduction of the company and development present situation,found that the company is mainly facing the company staff enthusiasm is not high,weak brand awareness,product categories and sales channels of a single,in its essence,mainly concentrated in the company’s management system of rigid,brand positioning is not clear,the overall lack of innovation.Second,in the stage of strategic analysis,this paper analyzes the Beichen brewing food company are now facing the political,economic,social,cultural,scientific and technological level of external macro environment,and using the baud five model and industry life cycle theory to analyze industry environment,and analysis from the Angle of enterprise resource and ability of Beichen brewing food company’s internal environment.Next,based on the SWOT analysis method,we analyze the opportunities and threats to face the dominance inside and outside the Beichen Brewing Food Company.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of the company,the strategy of Beichen brewing food company was selected,and it was suggested that Beichen brewing food company should adopt ST strategy to guide the long-term development of the company.Further put forward the company’s strategic objectives and strategic choices in the next five years,and make clear the company’s long-term and short-term objectives and overall strategic choices.Adopt diversified development strategy in strategic choice,reduce the risk of management conflict faced by the company in brewing food operation,and expand new business areas and develop new sales channels.The strategic realization path will be operated by the combination of internal development and strategic alliance.Driven by this strategy,the company needs to ensure the implementation of the strategy by establishing the brand image,expanding the sales channels and constantly bringing forth the new,and improving the management of human resources,the continuous learning of employees and the entrepreneurial ability of the company,so as to promote thesustainable development of the company.
