Research On Risk Management Of Guarantee Business In Yuhao Investment And Guaranty Corporation

As the intermediary in the credit lines,guarantee business could effectively link the commercial banks and SMEs(Small and Medium Enterprises,SMEs)to complete the financing chain.In the world,guarantee business has played an important role in solving the “Financing Difficulty” problems of SMEs,relieving the information asymmetry between commercial banks and SMEs and reducing the participation cost of credit business.In short,guarantee business has greatly promoted the development of SMEs.However,the guarantee business faces huge guarantee risks now.How to build an effective risk management system and control the guarantee risk is an urgent problem for the guarantee business.Therefore,this paper has studied the risk management of guarantee business in Yuhao Investment and Guaranty Corporation.Through the analysis,this paper illustrates major internal and external risks which Yuhao company faces,points out problems in the company`s risk management system,analyzes the cause of these problems and gives the optimization recommends.First of all,this paper combs the relevant research literature at home and abroad from the classical theory of financing guarantee to the relevant study on guarantee business,which is to provide theoretical basis and reference standard for the risk management of Yuhao guarantee company.Secondly,this paper shows the information of Yuhao Company from staff,client to the organization structure.What`s more,this paper also shows the specific business process and points out the major internal and external risks which Yuhao company faces now.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the details of risk management system in Yuhao Company,and according to the guarantee business process,this paper indicates the related issues and gives the causes of these problems.Finally,in order to deal with the internal and external risks,to improve the risk management ability of Yuhao Company and promote its development,this paper proposes specific recommends optimizing the risk management system in Yuhao company according to the problems and the causes of problems.
