Brand was born in 1880 s,now has more than 100 years of development,at present,the West's own brand of theoretical research and practical application of the system is more mature than in the west,China's own brand development is still in the initial stage of sustainable development,brand awareness is not strong,lack of own brand marketing strategy.In the increasingly fierce competition,the development of its own brand is particularly important.The existence of its own brand,to enhance the store image,customer loyalty,and the formation of a good relationship with the consumer has an important role in many aspects,so as to gain access to competitive advantage.The establishment of its own brand is an important means for the development of modern enterprise strategy,many companies have independent of its own brand.In this paper,based on the research object of the Food limited liability company,this paper summarizes the possible problems of the self owned brand marketing strategy,and then analyzes the problems and provides solutions.The status of the company to the Food limited liability company by Hal letter and analyze and study the marketing status of Hal letter Food limited liability company,summed up the company in its own brand marketing issues,including: Hal letter Food Co.Ltd.category development of own brand is not balanced,Hal letter Food Co.Ltd.packaging design of own brand awareness not enough,Hal letter Food Co.Ltd.,the lack of discrimination on private brand pricing Hal letter Food Co.Ltd.on its own brand publicity is not strong.The reasons are mainly in the following aspects: Hal letter Food Co.Ltd.is the "Matthew effect" of its own brand category,Hal letter Food Co.Ltd.on its own brand product packaging originality design,production and circulation of the high cost of Hal letter Food Co.Ltd.on its own brand products,Hal letter Food Co.Ltd.on its own brand promotion ideas are too conservative.Through the analysis on these issues,the own brand marketing of Hal letter put forward the following strategies: the Hal letter of its own brand market segmentation,through market positioning clear brand choice Hal letter target market,through different pricing methods the implementation of pricing discrimination,to break the traditional marketing channel through the dual channel marketing online and offline,through innovation and enhance the advertisement carrier promotion personnel incentive mode for the creative Hal letter own brand promotion.And on the basis of the proposed marketing strategy,this paper puts forward the necessary safeguards: the design organization and system guarantee,the implementation of the marketing plan implementation plan,pay attention to the control of marketing planning.
