Reform of Shenzhen commercial subject registration makes the entry standard of commercial bodies lower,following rapid growth of commercial bodies bringing new challenges for the supervision of commercial bodies,pluralistic situation appearing in the market body and complicated and various model operating in the market.In daily supervision of Shenzhen business bodies,we have found many problem such as food safety problems,credit problems and counterfeit product.To protect the economy market in Shenzhen,the Market Supervision Department faces severe challenges.The legal consciousness of the public,the enforcement level of law enforcement officials and the problems of the system and mechanism leads to the leak of means of supervision.In order to find out the problems of the supervision of commercial subject in Shenzhen,this paper further analyzes the causes difficulties of supervision of Shenzhen commercial subject and optimizes the solution by learning from the successful experience of the developed countries on the market supervision.In this paper,we try to put forward proper solution through analyzing the external causes of market supervision;and to find out the method of optimizing the staffing,and establish the long-term mechanism of commercial supervision in Shenzhen by analyzing the internal reasons mainly through the following ways.Firstly,at internal system,we recommend that Shenzhen market supervision committee changes management method from office of personnel Optimization to regulatory base in human,physical,financial resources.Secondly,at the regulatory approach,we should strengthen the enterprise credit supervising by optimizing the traditional network and “double random” supervision.Thirdly,at dealing with external relations,we should actively cooperate with the local government,improve the effectiveness of law enforcement and establish law enforcement authority.Through various efforts,the grass-roots supervision and inspection bureau would become more responsibility in law enforcement,make better in playing market supervision function maintain the order of the market economy and guarantee the healthy and orderly development of Shenzhen economy.
