With the development of times, the industries in society is also flourishing. BPO business is one of it. BPO(Business Process Outsourcing) refers to company outsource some repetitive and non-core or core business process to supplier in order to reduce the cost and meanwhile improve service quality. Many companies also rethink their position during transformation, whether they can make its advantages bigger and stronger, and make it become their own core competitiveness. Some foreign advanced enterprises have combined their own business and industry demand together, and focus on customer care and customer experience, consequently set up the call center. At present, the application of call center has extended to various social fields.Some multinationals start to contract trans regional call center business globally rely on their strong power and capital. Company A is one of the most powerful companies, because of strategic adjustment later, they sold their global CRM Customer Relationship Management Department to an American company: JS, who focus on CRM business in 2014. This change is an all package sell scheme combines the business and employees. For employees, although some welfare has some change, the impact is not big. So it did not cause any loss to the customer and the company. But from the view of two years actual running, in the treatment of some special cases, it's not mature compared with before. And in project selection, the company simply pursuit efficiency and scale expansion of enterprise and does not consider the overall development and the influence to company and project. BD project is one of it, this is a seasonal project, and it occurs periodical repeat situation each year: when the customer launch new products, the business has a lot of growth; but the business will have a substantial reduction after the sales period. The actual situation reflect to the project is to recruit and lay off a large number people. No matter the project's management, the middle support team or the ordinary seats are facing the same situation. If the project operating cycle is one year, there will no particularly large impact. But the project is persistent, and repeat the previous year development cycle every year, so it is a big challenge to the project's reputation, public praise and performance.After read a lot of call center industry data, combined with practical work experience on the basis of project management, through case review, problem sum up, problem analysis of all aspects in the process of project operation and management, thus develops solutions and implement method.The discussion of this paper is mainly combines with my actual work, combines with scientific project management theory, expecting to solve the actual operation problems for BD project and provide some reference experience to the development of next year.
