The Study On Spare Parts Purchasing Issues Of Hong Yanhe Nuclear Power Plant

Liaoning Hong Yanhe Nuclear Power Co.ltd takes charges of the biggest Energy Projects of Northern east area of China—Hong Yanhe nuclear power plant. The plant is built by two steps. The first-stage project is finished at 2016-9-20. The second stage of the project begins at 2015 and plans to be finished at 2020.Liaoning Hong Yanhe Nuclear Power Plant is located in Liaoning Province, Dalian, Wa Fangdian City, Hong Yanhe Town. It's near the east coast of Liaodong Bay of Bo Hai Sea, 270 km away from Shenyang in the North, 110 km away from Dalian in the South. Hong Yanhe Nuclear Power Plant is the first domestic and only nuclear power project of alpine region. Compared to the nuclear power projects in south, it is more difficult to operate and highly cost. Furthermore, because of the heating period factors of northern area in winter, thermoelectric project diverted nuclear power grid electricity, resulting in efficiency and profit decreased. Therefore, reduce the procurement costs, inventory costs, optimize the supply chain, can help enterprises to reduce the cost of efficiency.This paper first puts forward the research background, research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods. And then makes a brief discussion on the Hong Yanhe Nuclear power projects, including nuclear power development, introduction of the Liao Ning power market, and introduction of Hong Yanhe Nuclear power project in detail. Then summarized the status quo of spare parts procurement management in Hong Yanhe Nuclear power project, study the spare parts procurement management plan, procurement process management, inventory management and supplier management problems. Finally, combined with the actual situation of enterprises, we shall explore ways to solve the problem and put forward the feasible scheme, including achieve the spare parts centralized purchasing, establish the preparation of spare parts sharing platform, improve the accuracy of procurement planning, optimize the procurement process, optimize the inventory management system, deepen the cooperation with suppliers and so on. In the conclusion part, the paper makes a preliminary outlook on the research results, and puts forward the direction of further research.
