In China,the foundry industry has been the most important,fundamental and irreplaceable industry in the national economy.It has relatively low price and wide process adaptability.Its use is very extensive.Currently,the foundry industry involved in construction,hardware,equipment,engineering machinery,machine tools,ships and other industries.And its use is expanding.As a casting country,China has ranked first in the world in terms of the annual output of castings and the number of employees and enterprises.With the strengthening of the trend of economic globalization and the deepening and widening of the market economy,the development of foundry enterprises is related to the national economy and people's livelihood and is an important support for the development of the national economy.Spare parts procurement management is an important part of the foundry company's production operations.If we want to balance the product quality,effectively reduce product costs and increase the productivity of foundry companies,higher requirements are placed on the procurement management of spare parts.This article research on improvement of spare parts purchasing management of Dalian Bingshan Metal Technology Co.,Ltd.First of all,this paper introduces the research background of this paper,the main research methods used in the writing process,the purpose and significance of the research and the overall structure of the paper.Secondly,this article gives an overview of the relevant theories involved in the research,includied the research status of supply chain management,spare parts procurement management,and ABC classification inventory control method by relevant scholars at home and abroad.It also includes an overview of supply chain and supply chain management theory and procurement management theory.Thirdly,this paper systematically introduces the current procurement management mode of Dalian Bingshan Metal Technology Co.,Ltd.,and analyzes its current problems,such as: non-standard emergency procurement,inventory backlog of spare parts,low procurement staff,poor communication and lack of supplier warehouse.Finally,according to the current status of Dalian Bingshan Metal Technology Co.,Ltd.,this paper proposes an improved method that is expected to be feasible for its spare parts procurement strategy.In order to ensure the effective implementation of procurement management,corresponding safeguard measures have also been proposed.The research results of this paper are not only expected to contribute to the improvement of spare parts procurement management of Dalian Bingshan Metal Technology Co.,Ltd.,but also to some extent,to the optimization of the procurement management process of other domestic casting companies.
