Driven by new technologies such as mobile Internet and big data,the integration of traditional retail and traditional e-commerce has developed into a new retail format.As a necessity of life for the people,fresh products have the characteristics of perishability,fragility,low cost,and thin profit.Consumers have the characteristics of small single purchase quantity,high purchase frequency,and high requirements for product freshness when purchasing.However,fresh products also have a huge number of users,so major e-commerce platforms have set up fresh e-commerce modules,and have gradually developed into a fresh retail e-commerce platform.When consumers choose to buy a platform,they mainly focus on the freshness of fresh products and the timeliness of distribution services.For e-commerce,terminal distribution costs and solutions have become the bottleneck of enterprise development.Therefore,it is necessary to study the optimization of terminal distribution paths.Based on the above background,this thesis studies the design of fresh e-commerce terminal distribution path optimization scheme under the new retail mode.Based on the analysis of the similarities and differences between the traditional sales model and the new retail model,this thesis summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign scholars in the aspects of distribution path optimization,fresh product distribution and related algorithms,and summarizes the relevant theories.Considering that customers pay attention to freshness of fresh products and distribution service time when choosing e-commerce platform,this thesis defines the satisfaction function of fresh products and distribution service time,and defines it as customer satisfaction function comprehensively;meanwhile,it defines the total cost function of distribution scheme,and constructs the objective function of maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing total distribution cost The optimization model of multi-objective terminal distribution path.Based on the constructed mathematical model,the chromosomes in the basic genetic algorithm are encoded and decoded in the way of natural number arrangement,the class partial matching crossover method is used to realize the crossover operation,and the inversion mutation method is used to optimize the mutation operation of the mutation operator.The thesis introduces NSGA-Ⅱ evolutionary algorithm to solve the multi-objective optimization problem,and combines the improved genetic algorithm to solve the multi-objective terminal distribution path optimization model of fresh e-commerce under the new retail mode,so as to obtain the Pareto optimal solution set of the problem studied in this thesis.Finally,this thesis designs a large-scale e-commerce fresh food as an empirical analysis,and uses MATLAB software to write the calculation program code,based on improved genetic algorithm combined with NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm to solve the multi-objective path optimization scheme of fresh food e-commerce terminal distribution under the new retail mode Pareto optimal solution set,and the comparative analysis of the test results of the example and the actual distribution situation,verified that the multi-objective path optimization model and design algorithm of the fresh food e-commerce terminal distribution under the new retail model constructed in this thesis are reasonable and effectiveness.This thesis has 32 figures,18 tables and 51 references.
