As global commerce increasingly fierce competition,companies are looking for ways to get a competitive advantage to rivals.Along with increasing labor costs and rapidly changing markets demand greatly increased the survival of the enterprise.For manufacturing enterprises,how to reduce costs,improve efficiency,shorten the production cycle,and become the critical issue to maintain a competitive advantage in the fierce commercial competition.Lean production,as a kind of management style,has been widely accepted by all walks of life since the generalization of Womack and Jones,and has been developing continuously.The aim of Lean production management is eliminate waste in the production process,through the analysis and improvement of value stream,and continuously improve the production efficiency and enterprise benefit,and establish the core competence of the enterprise.The company V as one of the world's main paper-making equipment supplier,its product feature is multi variety and small batch production,that is,the production of paper equipment varieties,generally manufacturing small quantities in accordance with customization requirements of different customers.This mode of production allows each project to spend a lot of time in the assembly workshop to complete the pre-installed and debugging.With customer requirements to the production cycle is getting shorter,V used extensive modes of production assembly can't meet the requirements of customers.To change the status quo of implementation of lean production management become the V's inevitable choice.This article is basing the study of the company V's Assembly workshop,analyzed the problem of existing in the production of the assembly workshop.On this basis,assembly workshop implemented gradually the 5S and Standardization Management,Kanban,JIT,full training,key indicators evaluation,continuous improvement and supplier integration,such as eight lean practical tools,the realization of the V Company's traditional assembly workshop to the lean assembly workshop transformation.Then,this article summarizes the experience of the successful implementation of lean production in the assembly workshop,and analyzes the resistance and difficulties encountered in the practice,and provides guidance for optimizing the lean production of the assembly workshop.The research work of this article can provide reference for the company of multi variety and small batch manufacturing enterprise like V's assembly workshop.
