This article refer to a large number of performance management literature,for performance management research provides a theoretical basis,During the course of the research use interview and questionnaire method obtain first-hand information,and use the method of factor analysis and inductive method to summarized investigation results get corresponding conclusion,Then under the guidance of the conclusion,design the per formance management mechanism and related mechanism of KY enterprise,interview validation effect through investigation after the new performance mechanism implementation.We investigate more than 12 cadres above director and 400 employees through interview and questionnaire method of KY Company.On the basis of investigation,the author mainly analyzes the needs of employee and financial SMEs which in transition by factor analysis and inductive method,and realize their matching approach;In the process o f investigation we found a lot of problems in KY enterprise performance mechanism design,performance mechanism implementation and performance supervision mechanism.Mechanism cannot achieve benign interaction between enterprise and employee,no good incentive compatibility system,these problems serious obstacles of enterprise of further development.In order to promote KY enterprise smooth realization transition,the author and company's top managers and administrative personnel department middle-level cadres formed expert group,we Carefully combed the new performance management mechanism should grasp the key point.According to the reform direction and guiding ideology,we design and build KY enterprise performance mechanism,performance implementing mechanism,performance supervision mechanism,etc.,Also we forecast the possible risk,and provides corresponding measures to the risk of preventing,We give reference planning proposal for implementation schedule of new performance management mechanism.We also analyzes the performance characteristics,and Provide performance management form tools of KY enterprises which can be used and referenced.This is a focus research article on characteristics and actual needs of the small and medium enterprises in the financial sector in transition,theses refer to the numerous domestic and foreign literature,and it had a full investigation about cadres and employees of KY enterprises,on financial sector.The research process and the conclusions will give SMEs in the financial sector important guidance and help in transition.
