With the change of the times,the Internet craze swept through.people began to slowly accept new things and gradually like the new way of shopping,relying on the Internet for trading.In such an environment,the rapid development of China's e-commerce industry.From 2010 to 2016 the domestic e-commerce enterprises(B2C and C2C)were 16881 and21859,the average annual growth rate of 17.5%.along with the electronic commerce enterprises continue to increase,the rapid expansion of Internet users in China ranks.With a keen sense of the industry,many industries have joined the Internet market,to build their own e-commerce platform.The establishment and maintenance of the platform,to a large extent,promoted the development of the industry,more and more convenient online shopping environment to allow more users to join them.The upsurge of the Internet to fast,but also brought a lot of drawbacks,low barriers to entry of the Internet,the quality of the product is not strictly controlled,the site is lagging behind technology.This is because China's e-commerce industry is not yet mature,and other professional personnel and other reasons.Therefore,the use of the Internet environment,the establishment of a scientific and reasonable profit model,is China's current problems need to be solved.In this paper,China's more famous e-commerce enterprises,jd.com as an example,firstly,the definition and classification of profit pattern is described,further elaborates the basic theory of e-commerce enterprise profit model and performance evaluation,the profit model of e-commerce enterprises to jd.com is described.From the electricity supplier profit model of the 5 elements,that is,profit point,profit source,profit leverage,profit barrier,profit targets,analysis of the performance of Jingdong.Then by using the comparative analysis method,compares the profit model of relevant data through dangdang.com,three e-commerce enterprises on jd.com profit model and is ranked Suning,vip.com,jd.com stock turnover ratio,accounts receivable turnover ratio,total asset turnover,gross profit rate and the rate of return on total assets than vip.com is low,but higher than dangdang.com and Suning;and jd.com net assets return rate is higher than vip.com,dangdang.com and suning.Through the research on jd.com profit model and its performance,and find out the deficiency in jd.com profit model:(1)no obvious price advantage;(2)the high cost of logistics;(3)the lack of modern network technology and e-commerce professionals;(4)lack of financial risk control;(5)and the supplier is insufficient.Therefore,this paper proposed jd.com from business strategy,publicity and logistics construction and facilities improvement,from the competitors in the same industry,puts forward improving measures and suggestions on optimizing the jd.com profit model:(1)improve the management mechanism of profit object;(2)the optimization of logistics efficiency;(3)strengthening the brand image construction;(4)improve the business intelligence system;(5)the introduction of cloud computing services and products;(6)strengthen risk control measures.
