| With the rapid development of agricultural modernization in China,agricultural production has a higher demand for the safety,efficiency and precision of plant protection machinery.In recent years,the plant protection unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV)have attracted much attention in the rural market.Plant protection UAV has provided a guarantee for the smooth implementation of agricultural pests control work and national food security,and it is an important part of China’s agricultural modernization.Driven by market demand,China’s plant protection UAV industry gradually grow and develop.However,due to the embryonic stage of the industrial life cycle,the lack of overall industrial development layout,plant protection UAV industry hasn’t formed a complete industrial chain structure,Industry overall competitiveness is still relatively weak,these problems have become a stumbling block to the development of plant protection UAV industry.In order to comprehensively enhance the competitive advantage of plant protection UAV industry and realize the prosperity and development of industry,this paper takes the industrial competitiveness and industrial chain theory as the basis to explore the factors that affect the competitive advantage of China’s plant protection UAV industry chain,so as to clear the focus of industrial development measures.Firstly,the paper analyzes the industrial competitiveness analysis model-diamond model,and puts forward the seven factors that affect the development of industrial competitiveness.Through the analysis of the seven major factors and expert scoring,I concluded that "related and supportive industry" is the main problem that affects the competitive advantage of plant protection UAV industry.Then,based on the "relevant and supporting industry" as the breakthrough point,this paper constructs the whole industry chain of plant protection UAV based on the theory of industrial chain and sums up the characteristics of the whole industry chain.This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process and the expert scoring method to analyze the importance of each aspect of the plant protection UAV industry chain,and find two key links in the industrial chain-plant protection UAV R&D industry and operation service industry.These two links are also the weak link in the industrial chain of the plant protection UAV,and the progress of the key link is of great significance topromote the coordinated development of the industrial chain.By further studying the important factors influencing the development of key links in the industrial chain,we can find the correct development direction for the development of core industry,and help to play the leading role of core industry and realize the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure of plant protection UAV.Finally,according to the conclusion of the study,this paper focuses on the government and enterprises from two levels of recommendations and measures.The government is the biggest external power to promote industrial growth,it should actively play its guiding,encouraging,serving and regularizing the four aspects of the role of the industry to protect the sustained and healthy growth.We need to focus on plant protection UAV R&D industry and operational services industry’s strategic position,take market demand as the direction to promote plant protection UAV R&D enterprises and operational services business strong,and ultimately achieve the entire industry chain competitive advantage of sustainable growth.This article from the perspective of industrial competitiveness gradually deep into the key link of the industrial chain research,based on the conclusions of the proposed specific recommendations and measures,which for China’s plant protection UAV industry growth is very meaningful. |
