| The decentralization and fragmentation of small-scale operations seriously restrict the scale economic benefit of China's agricultural production.What is more,by now China's land policy has after 30 years of efforted,the decentralization of China has not been basically changed,but there has been a worsening trend.The scale of agriculture in the land sense is restricted.Despite the Theory of Division of Labor had ever said,on the basis of adhering to the household contract responsibility system,farmers can get the scale economic benefits under the division of labor by outsourcing the production links that do not have the advantage.However,in the real world,due to the higher transaction costs and the higher coordination costs of the individual farmers,the agricultural production in the region is difficult to be effectively organized and maintained.Therefore,the expansion of the division of labor base on the operation is also limited in China.In view of this,this paper based on the perspective of industry chain,in theory,to clarify the logic of agricultural production scale economic benefits,explore the mechanism of the food processing industry of agricultural products production scale economic benefits,thus deepening the understanding of new business mode of China's agricultural scale.Empirically,based on the types of agricultural products,we divide the micro peasant households into full sample group,grain category group and non-food sample group.,through empirical analysis to answer the food processing companies on the local agricultural production scale of economic impact? How does it affect? Will there be differences in the variety of the agricultural products? What are the differences? This will provide reference for the formulation of relevant policies for the development of new models of agricultural operations in China.(1)Contents(1)An analytical framework for the impact of food estimation.We use the survey data of farmers' Questionnaire to measure and analyze the effects of the productivity of food processing industry and other factors on the economic benefits of the production scale of the agricultural products,and to verify that the food processing industry passes the land through the land of the food processing industry on the basis of identifying the of influence varies with the varieties of agricultural products.In the whole sample group,the grain sample group and the non grain sample group,the food processing productivity has a significant positive effect on the economic benefit of the agricultural production scale,the coefficient is 0.171,0.077 and 0.124 respectively.The coefficient of non grain sample group is obviously greater than that of the grain sample group.(2)The scale of land management has a positive impact on the overall scale of agricultural products and grain production scale,but it has a negative impact on the economic benefits of fruit and vegetable production scale.In the whole sample group and the grain sample group,the scale of land management has a positive effect on the economic benefit of agricultural production scale,the coefficient of which is 0.012 and 0.034 respectively.But in the non grain sample group,the expansion of the scale of land management is not conducive to the promotion of economic efficiency of the scale of fruit and vegetable production,the coefficient is-0.04.(3)The degree of difficulty of division of labor has a positive effect on the economic benefit of agricultural production scale.Although it is not deflected because of the variety of agricultural products,the size and significance of the coefficient are different.In the three sample groups,the easier the farmers are to obtain social services,the higher the economic benefits of the agricultural production scale,but the promotion of the economic benefits of grain scale is not significant at the level of 10%.In addition,in the non grain sample group,the coefficient of the impact of the division of labor on the economic benefit of the production scale of agricultural products is higher than that of the grain sample group,the coefficient is 0.036 and 0.006 respectively.(4)The impact of food processing enterprises on the scale of land management has been differentiated due to the difference of agricultural products,but the impact on the availability of division of labor is more consistent.In the whole sample group and the grain sample group,the food processing enterprises have a positive impact on the scale of land management,the coefficient is 0.865 and 1.297 respectively,but the influence on the economic benefit of the non grain production scale is turned negative,the coefficient is-0.753,and the comprehensive land management scale is the factor of the economic efficiency of the agricultural production scale.The food processing industry has an indirect effect on the scale of agricultural production,and the economic benefit is 0.01,0.044 and 0.03,respectively.In addition,the development of food processing industry also has a positive impact on the economic benefits of agricultural production scale by reducing the difficulty of availability. |
