| The futures market has been developing in China for more than 30 years,with 149 futures companies nationwide by the end of December 2020.However,the basic services of small and medium-sized futures companies are relatively homogeneous,the cost of customer change futures companies is low,and the fierce market competition leads to the phenomenon of "higher output is not accompanied by a higher incomep".Therefore,the megatrend of development of futures companies is to improve their market competitiveness with innovation and better human resources strategy.The firm scale of state-owned CD futures company is medium-sized enteaprise,underwent a series of alternation of equity,missed two development opportunities in 2008 and 2012,after a long growth period,is now in the stage of transition from growth period to maturity,after adjusting the goal of company’s strategic,the improvement of employee compensation system is extremely urgent.The paper based on the company profile,compensation system profiling,combined with employee compensation satisfaction survey and analysis,found that there are problems such as outdated compensation strategy for the company development requirements,low pay level,unreasonable compensation structure,and imperfect compensation adjustment mechanism.The old ideology of state-owned enterprises in the average distributivism and seniority,resulting in more work,difficulty and low payment for key employees,affecting employees’ attitude and effect,cause the inefficiency and poor profitability of the company.Based on the company’s firm scale and culture,the paper determined the principles and strategies of the company’s salary system,applied points for job value evaluation,broadband pay design,quantify individual performance by design package model,to achieve the design of performance appraisal and payment linkage mechanism,meet the actual situation of the company to solve the difficulties of quantification for the functional department staff.Improve External competitiveness,enhances pay incentives and guarantees internal fairness.Through the study of the salary system of the functional departments of State-owned CD futures company the paper proposed and analyzed the problems in the company’s compensation system,and carried out a study on improving the compensation system,hoping to improve the company’s operational efficiency and help the company’s business development. |
