How Organizational Justice Influences Employee's Voice Behavior

With the rapid development of economic globalization,and the increasing flat of an organization,employee's participation has play a more and more important role in the management of enterprise organization,play the initiative of the staff,let the employee put forward suggestions for the management,to constantly improve the enterprise organization management,promote the organization development.Therefore,employee voice is significance behavior to the survival and development of the organization of the company.In addition,employees in order to obtain better caeer growth,will also improve the organizational environment through voice behavior,so as to achieve sustainable career growth.Employee voice behavior refers to the staff to promote the development of the organization and initiatively put forward constructive or point out the problem of organization behavior.Organizational justice is the perception of the individual to the organization environment and the evaluation of justice.Individual psychological security is the perception of the employees themselves to show themselves in the organization will not have a negative impact on their own.The individual power distance tendency is the individual's acceptance of inequality.This paper begins with the relationship between the four variables,and then conducts a research on the relationship among the four variables.This study used the method of measurement,by means of the combination of on-site filling and network survey platform,get 656 copies of the questionnaire.The effective questionnaires are 594 copies.The effective recovery rate is 90.55%.This study analysised data and tested the hypothesis on this data basis.The following conclusions are obtained in this research condition:(1)Employee voice behaviors in gender,age,education,length of service,the nature of the unit,the different length of service in existent unit are significantly different.The main effects of the type of voice,the nature of units and the interaction of both are is significant on employees' voice.The main effects of gender,educational background and the interaction of both are is significant on employees' voice.The main effects of the nature of units is significanton on employee voice behavior,and the interaction of the nature of units and the different length of service in existent unit is significanton on employee voice behavior.(2)Employee in different ages and length of service,with different educational background and different length of service in existent unit,the individual power distance tendency isdifference significantly.Employeewith different educational background,in different nature of the units,with the different length of service in existent unit,theperception and enaluation organizational justice is difference significantly.Employeewith different educational background and different length of service in existent unit,the individual psychological security is difference significantly.(3)Organizational justice has positively effect on both promotive voice and prohibitive voice,individual psychological securitymediates this effection,and individual power distance tendency moderates the mediation of individual psychological security.Individual power distance tendency moderates the prohibitive voice model only in organization thatis higher average level of individual power distance tendency.
