The involvement of employees in the organization innovation activities has become the focus of the industry and academia.High involvement staff can create great value for the enterprise.Basic staff often in the first position,which is a key role in direct contact with the product quality or customer satisfaction of the enterprise,and they have the opportunity to provide important information for enterprise innovation demand.In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,the organization hopes that each employee can actively provide continuous improvement of the organization's recommendations and opinions,not just to complete the work of their own duties.The perception of organizational justice has a significant impact on the organizational behavior of the employees.Studies have pointed out that the most important factor for the perception of organizational justice and employee voice behavior,provide the basis of universal theory to study the impact of organizational justice on employee voice behavior.But the existing research about the influence of organizational justice and employee voice behavior just based on the direct relationship with the model simply,and less on the relationship between the two buffer model,namely,to explore the intermediary variables,it is difficult to mining organizational justice on voice behavior mechanism.This research collects relevant literature and based on theoretical analysis,combined with practical experience,constructs the model of relationship between employee fairness perception and voice behavior.Through exploring the psychological ownership mediating effect on the relationship between the two values,and discuss the employee tradition and person organization fit regulation degree,then we put forward the research hypothesis.According to the established model and research hypothesis,this study will draw on relevant research results of questionnaire design,through the network survey data collection,using SPSS 17.0 and LISREL 8.7 software for data analysis.We use correlation analysis,hierarchical regression analysis method to verify the model and hypotheses.The result shows that the perception of organizational justice have significant positive impact on voice behavior and psychological ownership;employee psychological ownership has a significant positive impact on voice behavior;psychological ownership plays a part intermediary role in the process of impact of perceived organizational justice on employee voice behavior;employee tradition has significant positive effect on the relationship between perceived organizational justice and psychological ownership;the relationship between person organization fit degree on employees' perception of organizational justice and voice behavior has a significant positive effect.Finally,according to the research results,this paper puts forward the corresponding management suggestions and future research prospects.
