With the development of city economy,will inevitably impact on the local ecological environment,environmental capacity provides a ecological environment for city wind development,supply all kinds of resources for their development,when the environmental capacity reaches the threshold,the development will restrict the city economy;on the other hand,the city economic development is bound to environmental emissions every kind of pollutants,pollution of the local environment,when the human awareness of environmental protection,which in turn will improve through technical means,strengthen the prevention and control of environmental funds and other ways to control environmental pollution,so that the quality of the environment,to achieve sustainable development.Xinjiang city is currently in the acceleration phase,then migrate by more of the rural population to the city,will have an impact on the environment;on the other hand,the implementation of sustainable development.The construction of ecological civilization and the new urbanization,Yuanjiang,Belt and Road Initiative policies,opportunities and challenges to the ecological environment of Xinjiang to Xinjiang.Xinjiang’s environmental carrying capacity is low,water shortages,air pollution is particularly prominent.After a period of years,Xinjiang environment will suffer severe challenges.So the research on the relationship between the main city of Xinjiang city and the level of air pollution is very necessary.This paper first analyzes the city development and the present situation of air pollution in Xinjiang city mainly,and then combined with the previous research experience,the comprehensive index of the pollution index and city level were done two times of simulation and return three times,it is found that the two positive correlation,followed by the analysis of coupling coordination between the end of the driving force of city internal analysis,analyze the mutual influence between the primary pollutants by using the VAR model to the city.The results show that:1.The main types of city comprehensive city and industrial city of Xinjiang,the primary pollutant particulate pollutants.According to the proportion of the economy order carries on the analysis to the function of the city,the main city of Xinjiang comprehensive city and industrial city,respectively accounted for 56.25 and 31.25;in2016 the average annual concentration of air pollutants is higher than that of Xinjiang,and all Xinjiang is the primary pollutant PM10,followed by PM2.5,and sulfur dioxide,nitrogen dioxide,carbon monoxide and ozone were more than two of the provisions of the state level annual standard.2.Air pollution with the city to speed up the process of the overall upward trend of comprehensive index.The comprehensive index of atmospheric pollution and city level were two times and three times of the regression analysis,the results showed that: Aletai City,Bole City,Karamay City,Shihezi City,Tacheng City,Atushi City,Kashi City,the city of Hotan.Korla City,the three fitting effect is better than the two fitting effect,Changji City,Urumqi City,Yining City,Hami city and Turpan city two times three times better than the fitting effect of the fitting effect,Wusu city,Akesu City,the fitting effect of the same.And overall,the pollution index is increased with the city level.3.The coupling degree of the overall decline,the coupling coordination degree of northern than the southern border.Air pollution and city level are positively related,and in the Kuznets level of atmospheric pollution under the downward trend,but the northern and southern Xinjiang coupling coordination degree and the overall upward trend.Judging from the spatial distribution,the coupling degree is lower than the northern city of Urumqi city in the south,around the lowest degree of coupling,Kashi,Hotan,Akesu,Atushi area.But the highest degree of coupling coordination degree is higher than the northern Xinjiang,Urumqi city group the highest Atux,Tian,and was the lowest,basically in moderate coordination stage and highly coupled coordination stage.4.The city of respirable particles has great influence on the development ofsulfur dioxide.And make the correlation analysis of city of rule layer and the scores of air pollutant concentrations were generally higher in economic city and city of sulfur dioxide correlation coefficient,index correlated significantly with PM10 in southern Xinjiang,and the ecological environment of the city and many of the city’s three kinds of pollutants.The concentration of positive correlation.5.Urumqi city group has little effect on the other city,the southern city has great influence on the other city.Using the space vector auto regression model,to study the migration of primary pollutants in the main city of Xinjiang city in the city if there is an effect between PM10 and calculated,and calculated the contribution rate.The results show that the interaction with each other the influence of the city a total of 108,has no effect on a total of 132.The contribution rate,Korla City,Akesu city and the impact on other city and Hami city and the largest contribution rate reached63.8,60.07 and 53.03,respectively,so the city is should pay more attention to the joint prevention and control of Urumqi City,Shihezi City,Kashi city and Wujiaqu City has little effect on the other city,the contribution rate of 6.05,7.14,7.86 and 7.93.respectively.
