Research On The Development Path Of Rural Mutual Finance In Gansu

The healthy and orderly development of rural finance is the premise and the strong support for the rural areas to realize the economic transformation and development,which is of great strategic significance for the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way.As a new type of rural financial organization,rural mutual finance is a new financial model,which is related to the production and economic characteristics of rural areas.Since 2007,the first rural cooperatives has made certain progress in capital scale,organization,economic impact,the initial formation of the framework of rural mutual financial development path with local characteristics,effectively promote the rapid development of the rural economy.At the same time,the process of widespread lack of development potential,development path is not clear,which restricts the mutual financial boost rural economy function,therefore,research on the development path of rural mutual financial analysis in Gansu province has become an important theoretical basis to achieve mutual aid in rural areas of Gansu province.Firstly,this paper starts from the concept of rural mutual finance and the related theoretical basis,Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign experience of rural cooperative financial model,this paper analyzes the current situation and development path of rural mutual finance in Gansu province.Based on introducing the development path of rural mutual financial model,which could meet the regional characteristics and industry characteristics of the rural economy.At the end of the Gansu province rural mutual financial development guarantee system construction are discussed,from the internal security and external security perspective,proposed to further promote the sustainable development of rural mutual financial system and relevant policy recommendations and suggestions of rapid popularization.
