The family business has been and still is the important part of the world economy,and be the popular form of enterprise organization in the modern economy.According to some statistics,it takes up majority of the family business which is run by couple among all of the kinds of family business.Unfortunately,it is always in the conflict with running in the family business cooperated by couple,due to the special relations with the family property and the business ownership,and to the different roles between colleague and couple in public social networking.Some research has shown that it is in the trend of the stand or fall in the same time in the development of the family business and relationship of couple under the Chinese culture.In recent years,more and more family business set up rapidly,benefited from the national policy driving entrepreneurship and innovation.So it is necessary and urgent to involve in studying the topic how to dissolve the conflict in family business run by couple.The article shows some exploration in strategy trying to dissolve the conflict in running the TOP group,one of family enterprises cooperated by couple.The article focus on the research of conflict management strategy by means of analysis with the below sources and the result of personality test.The sources come from board meeting minutes,mid-term and long-term development plans,annual working reports and development plans,private and working diary of parties concerned and documents of personnel changes in TOP group,and interviews,personality test of the couple Sean Liu and Zengmei Pang who cooperate to run the TOP group for nearly 20 years.The personality test is according to the DISC test questionnaire designed by Dr.William Marston,an American psychologist.Sean is a typical C personality,a kind of perfectionist and obedience.Zengmei is a typical D personality,a kind of dominance and controlling.It provides a sufficient basis on the research of conflict management strategy from personality in the article.The article shows the research to the conflict and conflict management strategy in the running of TOP by Sean and Zengmei,relying on DISC,the Family Business Tricyclic Model,theory of conflict and related to this.The research results show that the influence of the conflict with cooperation between the couple on the development of enterprise is both negative and positive.The power of development,reform and transformation in family business would be enhanced and stimulated while the conflict is moderate,otherwise,it would be negative both for enterprise and family.The mainly facts which influence the conflict of couple entrepreneurship come from many aspects,such as,the subsystem structures of family,ownership and enterprise management,the educational background,the background of career,the personality and the ability of communication etc.On the base of analysis and exploration of the conflict in running of TOP,the article presents some strategies of dissolving conflict,scientific method of controlling key conflict facts,and conflict management model,to get the purpose of win-win both in the sustainable development of family business and keeping couple harmony relationship.The value of the article is that it could be as the guidance for the couple entrepreneurship and help this kind of family business avoiding conflict.
