Research On The Relationship Of Entrepreneurship-Family Conflict,Entrepreneurial Commitment And Entrepreneurial Performance

Entrepreneurship is the engine of economic development,bringing fruitful economic results to our society.With the vigorous development of entrepreneurial activities all over the world,it also have become the hotspot of academic research.The success of entrepreneurship is the result of a combination of complex factors,and entrepreneurs play a key role in it,who are the implementers and promoters of entrepreneurship.On the one hand,facing the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,entrepreneurs face tremendous pressure on the survival and development of enterprises.On the other hand,they also play an important role in the family and take on family responsibilities.Therefore,under the pressure of dual roles,entrepreneurship-family conflict of entrepreneurs can not be ignored,and it is worth exploring in depth whether the entrepreneurship-family conflict will affect the entrepreneurial performance.In addition,the impact of entrepreneurial commitment on entrepreneurial performance is undoubtedly important,but there are few studies on the relationship between entrepreneurs' entrepreneurship-family conflict,entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial performance.This study takes the entrepreneur family factor as the point of view and constructs a research model of the relationship between entrepreneurship-family conflict,entrepreneurial commitment,entrepreneurial performance and family support.Based on 208 valid questionnaires,Bootstrap method was used to analyze the data and verify the hypothesis.Empirical results show that:(1)Two directions of entrepreneurship-family conflict have negative impact on entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial performance.(2)Entrepreneurial commitment plays a partial mediating role in the relationship of two directions of entrepreneurship-family conflict and entrepreneurial performance.(3)Family support plays a moderating role in the relationship between family interfere entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial commitment,when the family support is high,the negative impact of the family to entrepreneurial conflict on entrepreneurial commitment will be weakened;(4)The mediating effect of entrepreneurial commitment between family?entrepreneurial conflict and entrepreneurial performance is moderated by family support,when the family support is low,the mediating effect of entrepreneurial commitment between family?entrepreneurial conflict and entrepreneurial performance will be stronger.After that,the research put forward the practical enlightenment based on the discussion and analysis of the research results,appealing that people should face entrepreneurship-family conflict,pay more attention to entrepreneurial commitment and provide more family support for entrepreneurs.Finally,the limitations of this study are summarized and the future research prospects are proposed.
