Family business is an economic phenomenon worth paying attention to all over the world.As a relatively old form of enterprise organization,family business exists in large numbers both at home and abroad and is surviving and developing doggedly.It has become an important force to promote China’s economic development.With the deepening of academic and business circles’ theoretical understanding of the top management team,the research on the top management team has become the focus of theoretical research on strategic management and organizational behavior.At the same time,it can be found from many cases of domestic and foreign enterprises that the "conflict" of senior management team has become a major problem in enterprise management,especially in family enterprises,the conflict of senior management team has a direct impact on the rise and fall of the company.How to correctly analyze,reasonably guide and effectively resolve the conflict problems of the senior management team of enterprises,and effectively manage the conflict has become the key to the successful operation of the senior management team.Based on family business TT company as the research object,the family enterprise and the influence of top management team conflict has carried on the theoretical research and empirical analysis,to help the family business TT company executive team conflict solution reasonably,improving the efficiency of the company’s senior management team,thus promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.This study firstly summarizes and analyzes the development history of TT Company and proves the background for the study.Secondly,it explores the composition and current situation of TT company’s senior management team,and focuses on the analysis of the conflicts existing in the senior management team members,which points out the direction for the subsequent strategic improvement.The analysis model of TMT conflict in TT company is established again,and the theoretical saturation test is carried out,which provides theoretical and data support for the causes of TMT conflict.Finally,the causes of the conflict among senior management teams are clarified and specific solutions are developed.In terms of theory,this study can enrich the theoretical research on the construction of senior management team and the conflict of senior management team in family enterprises,and provide theoretical reference for future scholars to study the conflict of senior management team in family enterprises.In practice,it can effectively help TT company to solve the problem of executive conflict in the development process,reduce the vicious friction between the senior management team,and enable the senior management team to identify with the corporate culture,take an active role in decision-making and strategy implementation,and promote the development of the enterprise.
