Secondly is interview part,Pass to visit Shenzhen six typical model partnership entrepreneurship companies' partners, to understanding partnership entrepreneurship conflict performances, partnership entrepreneurship oriention characteristic and partnership entrepreneurship predicaments to concretely express etc. circumstance, to provide a basis for the questionnaire design that the first step verifies theories to conceive outline with the next move. Conflict factors had a significant influence on demenssions of entrepreneurship oriention and acted as negative relation;5. Partnership entrepreneurship oriention had a significant influence on the partnership predicaments and is negative related;7. The conflict factors didn't show significant difference in entrepreneurship stages;8.
