The Innovation Strategy Research On The Power Plant Of Zhangye To The Current Electricpower System Reform

In March 2015,the document on further deepening the electric power reform(No.9 2015)was jointly issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,kicking off this round of electric power system reform.It defines the focus and mission of this round of electric power reform,especially on the construction of market-oriented trade environment and the price regulation mechanisms.In regard of the general thought and principles,many problems should be settled down as soon as possible for thermal power enterprises on how to improve management innovation,adapting to new economic situation,conforming to the direction and requirements of this reform,further speeding up the pace of industry structure adjustment,combining supply-side structure reform.This article selects the zhangye power plant in our province as the research object,through qualitative and quantitative analysis method,theoretical analysis and practical combination,to explore the zhangye power plant in the current electric power system reform and innovation strategy in the transfer market environment research.First of all,from the Angle of strategic innovation zhangye plant of comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the strategic positioning and strategic thinking,put forward suitable for zhangye power plant development strategy of innovative solutions.Then,from the point of marketing innovation,combined with internal and external environment faced by zhangye power plant,the new market environment for the steady development of zhangye power plant can marketing innovative solutions.In addition,the paper’s research also represented by traditional energy of thermal power enterprise’s technology innovation and process innovation has carried on the analysis and design,due to the limited to the constraints of the theory and practice,this is closely related to the traditional thermal power enterprise strategy,marketing,technology,process four aspects as the research object,has carried on the analysis and design innovative research.This research through the zhangye plant innovation strategy in the process of electric power system reform in the current study,try to look for the new situation from the academic Angle zhangye plant survival and the development direction,in the fierce competition in the market for its competition and open up new development direction,in as well as represented by traditional energy innovation management of thermal power enterprise provides referential method,choice of innovation strategy,innovation,production technology reference,etc.
