In today's rapid economic development,competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Choose the suitable profit model has become an important strategic decision to achieve profitability.Only enterprises without reservation,in order to achieve a qualitative development.Since the birth of light asset profit model at the beginning,it attracted much attention.The smile curve presented to the asset light transformation of many large and medium-sized enterprises the asset light profit model in theory and practice are constantly improvement and development.Especially in recent years,promoted by the Internet plus,the asset light profit model was attracted by many firms.The Internet industry relys on technology,brand and other light asset.So most of the Internet Co use the profit model of asset-light strategy.specific models based on business driven are different.The research of Internet Co asset-light profit model can clear the competitive advantage of enterprises,helping enterprises to expand and achieving more profit.In this paper,the BAT in the Internet industry as a representative of the Tencent as the research object.Tencent Inc is chosen because of the popularity of the Internet along with the development of a typical enterprise,which relies on the user platform to gradually form a unique profit model,which is very representative.First of all,this paper reviews the theory of profit model and light asset profit model,which lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis and evaluation of the profit model.Secondly,this paper introduces the basic situation of the Tencent Inc,summed up the value chain framework and the characteristics of the financial asset light profit model,and analyzes the symbiotic relationship between the elements of Tencent Inc asset light profit model and key elements.thirdly,through the Balanced Scorecard to the Tencent Inc's asset light profit model evaluation.finally,combined with the analysis and evaluation of asset light profit model and found out the problems need to be improved in the profitability of the Tencent Inc the mode of development,and puts forward suggestions for improvement to develop new business.At the same time,it also provides enlightenment for other Internet Co in the same industry.
