?Guidance on Developing the Yangtze River Economic Belt Relying on the Golden Waterway?,issued by The State Council, clearly pointed out: "to promote the construction of an unified market system, further streamline administration and delegate more power to lower-level governments, clean up local policies and regulations hindering the rational flow of factors, break up the regional market barriers, implement a unified market-accessing system and standard, promote factors of labor, capital and technology to transregionally flow and be allocated optimally".As an important part of the factor market, the integration of labor market plays a key role in promoting regional economic integration. As an important economic and social indicator, the wage level,to a certain degree, represents the residents' consumption capacity, and also reflects the situation of the labor market. However, research on the spatial correlation among regional macroeconomic data is little, which ignored this correlation's effects on wage difference. To solve the above problems, firstly, this article chose relative-price method to measure the degree of labor market integration, thus analyze that in the Yangtze River economic belt;secondly, analyze the theoretical mechanism of labor market integration and put forward the research hypothesis from the perspective of non-agricultural population, government public service, open and fixed asset investment;thirdly, use spatial econometric models to anatomize the factors influencing the labor market integration, through establishing index system of influence factors of labor market integration;finally, based on theoretical analysis and empirical research, put forward relevant policy recommendations. The results showed that: firstly, the factors affecting labor market integration in the Yangtze River economic belt has significant spatial spillover effects,in the geographical space, spatial adjacency effect of the labor market is obvious;second ly,four factors' effect:(1)there is a negative correlation between differences in the level of actually using foreign capital and the degree of labor market integration in the Yangtze River economic belt. That is,the greater the gap of actually using foreign capital of all prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River economic belt, the easier the segmentation of the labor market.(2)Government expenditure on technology and others has positive impact on the labor market integration, but expenditure on education has negative impact.May be due to the imbalance of educational expenditure among regions in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.(3)A higher proportion of labor population makes more contribution to the integration of the labor market in Yangtze River economic belt, that is,the more migrant workers to the city, the faster urbanization, the more helpful labor market integration.(4)The proportion of investment in fixed assets significant ly has a positive impact on the labor market integration of the Yangtze River Economic belt. That is,the higher the total social investment in fixed assets accounted for the GDP,the smaller the wage gap among prefecture-level cities within the region of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the higher the degree of regional labor market integration.
