Research On The Evaluation Of Urbanization Quality And Improving Strategy Of Jialing River Basin

China is currently in the process of rapid urbanization,and the urbanization levels is increasing rapidly,but the development of urban and rural areas often only pays attention to the growth of the number of urbanization but ignores the improvement of the quality of urbanization.This causes many urban-rural and ecological problems such as deterioration of ecological environment and increasing of urban-rural gap.The proposing of the New Urbanization,is the guidance of Chinese future development of urbanization and is the value guidance of urbanization quality improvement.Jialing River Basin is an important tributary basin of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River in Western China,and the density of urban is high.Under the background of rapid urbanization in China,the achievement of urbanization in Jialing River Basin is not bad as well facing the problem of urbanization quality construction.In this case,the future development of urbanization quality in Jialing River Basin needs scientific theory and strategic guidance.Based on the above,this paper studied the evaluation and promotion strategy of urbanization quality of Jialing River Basin which taking the New Urbanization as a guide and basing on relevant researches.This paper researched the theory of urbanization quality and evaluation of it,then according to the particularity of Jialing River Basin,carried out the comprehensive evaluation of urbanization quality in the basin,and based on the evaluation results to summarize the quality problems,and at last put forward specific strategies for improving the urbanization quality.This paper hopes it can help to develop the theory of the research on the human settlements in the basin and the policy formulation of the urbanization development of the Jialing River Basin.The structure of this paper is based on the order of background-theory-empirical-problem-strategy:The first part is the background,which includes the background,the research significance,the object and the research method.The second part is the theory study of the evaluation of urbanization quality.Based on the existing research and under the guide of New Urbanization,this paper studied and explored the concept of urbanization quality basing on river basin,and summarized the concept connotation of urbanization quality of river basin,and then constructed the theoretical framework of urbanization quality evaluation of Jialing River Basin and made sure that the urbanization quality evaluation of river basin is a comprehensive evaluation of the quality index and the evaluation of the interactive coordination of urbanization quality and quantity.The third part is the empirical of urbanization quality evaluation of Jialing River Basin.According to the framework of urbanization quality evaluation that has been constructed and the specific characteristics of Jialing River Basin,this paper constructed the evaluation index system and the model of the interactive coordination evaluation of urbanization quality and quantity,and evaluated the urbanization quality of cities in Jialing River Basin,and analyzed the evaluation results and the spatial difference that it leaded.The forth part is the conclusion of the problems which the Jialing River Basin faced during its development of urbanization quality in present that based on the result of the revaluation and the analysis of it.The fifth part is the strategy of improving the urbanization quality in Jialing River Basin.According to the current situation,this paper put forward a series of strategies to improve the urbanization quality of Jialing River Basin.
