With the development of the new generation of information technology,informatization and industrialization fusion has become an inevitable choice for enterprises to improve management efficiency,production efficiency,and take a new road to industrialization.In this paper,the iron and steel industry as an example,introduces traditional way of logistics of domestic iron and steel enterprises,including enterprise logistics involved into the factory,the factory and factory metering facilities,procurement process,sales process and transport process,analyzes the existing problems of the traditional enterprise logistics mode.In order to solve the corrupt practice of traditional logistics,this paper studies the application of the new information technology,does the following several aspects:First,it studies the intelligent transformation of the basic measuring equipment,such as truck scale,molten iron scale,belt scale,finished product scale and so on.Second is the process of combing and optimization scheme of enterprise procurement,sales,factory transport logistics business,and integrated with the analysis of ERP,MES and the examination system,with the combination of exploration and practice,and expounds the construction process of iron and steel enterprises to modern logistics.The third is the design of the hardware architecture of the logistics system.Finally,through the comparison of traditional and modern logistics analysis,that brings to the enterprise business process optimization of the benefits,and simply discusses the Internet,networking,cloud computing,big data technology and other technical applications in building enterprise wisdom logistics.
