Contracted Land Management Rights Parcel Determine Accuracy Research

The national economic level is increasing and the reform degree is deepening.China's rural household contract responsibility system can not adapt to the development of agriculture in our country,in order to develop the modern agriculture better,the state has carried on the investigation of the rural land contract management rights all over the word.The investigation of rural land contract management rights mainly determines the shape and spatial position of the land,the shape and spatial position of the parcel are mainly determined by the boundary point and the area,so the boundary point error and the relative error of the area are very important.In this paper,we mainly analyze the influence factors of boundary point error and area relative error and how to improve the accuracy of boundary point and area relative error,mainly to ensure the location and area of the parcel is accurate,but also for the relevant work to provide a reference.In this paper firstly we elaborate the whole process of contracted land management right,in each specific link we should pay attention to what specific issues.Through the concrete practice of participating in the inspection of the contacted management right,it is found that the stipulation of the accuracy of the boundary point and the relative error of the area is not perfected in the "Regulations on the supervision and management of rural land contracting rights" by the Ministry of Agriculture,to satisfy accuracy requirements of the boundary point requires how much areas ensure that the area relative error does not exceed the provisions and the specific provisions are not given;in the detection of data processing,but it is also found that the area of the relative error and the length of the land ratio has a greater relationship,but this is also not given in the "Regulations on the supervision and management of rural land contracting rights";In this paper,we discuss how to choice the ratio of the parcel's length and width and analyze how much the ratio of the parcel's length and width can improve the accuracy of the boundary point when the area relative error is constant.Secondly,the digital orthophoto differential correction is studied to find out how much error can be generated by the DEM error to correct the image map,there are still some problems in the corrected DOM,the existence of these errors are how to effect the accuracy of the boundary point and area relative error,and analyzes the irrationality between the accuracy of the DOM plane and mean square error of the boundary point in the regulations on the supervision and management of rural land contracting rights.Finally,we mainly analyze the influence of arc,shadow and occlusion on the parcel drawing,and put forward a reasonable solution to these effects,so that the parcel's the boundary point and the relative error of the area can be guaranteed in the drawing process.
