The Right to the Contracted Management of Land is a fundamental right enjoyed by farmers on the basis of the collective and national land ownership. It is a right enjoyed by farmers after China's economic reforms. There is much argument in academic circles concerning the definition of the right, legal characteristics, legal property and the problems arising from the circulation. In this paper, using the basic theory of Propriety law, the author describes the definition, the characteristics of the law, attributes, values and the defects in circulation of the legal system of the Right to the Contracted Management of Farm Land, targeting a solution so as to promote rural economic development and social stability. |
