Research On The Financial Operation Mode Of E-commerce Supply Chain

The practice of supply chain finance in our country is mainly to solve the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises.The basic operation mode of the traditional supply chain financial services is "M+1+N",which is to provide financing services for SMEs around the core enterprise.This mode of operation to a certain extent,ease the financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises in China,the situation of financing expensive.However,the traditional supply chain finance is only part of the small and medium-sized enterprises to solve the financial needs of the broader scope of the financial needs of SMEs,financial institutions did not give more support.On the other hand,the traditional supply chain finance depends on the core enterprise's credit spillover,which makes the risk of the whole supply chain finance too concentrated.The new environment in Internet comprehensive popularization,emerging technologies continue to emerge,the rapid development of e-commerce,personalized financing needs continue to rise,this rigid financing mode can not adapt to the small and medium-sized enterprise financing needs personalized.Under this background,e-commerce supply chain finance emerges,on the one hand,through e-commerce platform makes the enterprise the information interaction between the more fully,so that the information asymmetry of traditional supply chain finance has been greatly improved.On the other hand,big data,visualization,cloud computing and other new technologies appear to be participants in the supply chain logistics data,transaction data and financial data from multi angle,multi dimension data resources to cross repetition,the risks of supply chain participants comprehensive control.So that the financing needs of small and medium enterprises are met,which greatly improves the efficiency of supply chain finance.In this paper,through the analysis of the main mode of the operation of the traditional supply chain finance,analysis of the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of various models,the traditional supply chain finance problems.Combined with the new economic form and technical environment,this paper analyzes the main operation modes of e-commerce supply chain finance.comparing the traditional supply chain finance and e-commerce supply chain finance,it can be concluded that the latter is more efficient than the former.Further Agent simulation analysis and VAR model empirical analysis,are indeed promote the financial institutions to support small and medium enterprises of the funds for the development of e-commerce platform,then e-commerce supply chain finance compared with the traditional supply chain gold more advantages to solve the financing problems of SMEs,obtained data support.Through the longitudinal comparison of the existing e-commerce supply chain financial operation model,the paper further analyzes the strategic integration of e-commerce supply chain financial operation mode with greater advantages.And put forward the following four suggestions: to establish a model of Supply Chain Based on value network;establish strategic information sharing mechanism;establish the strategic integration of e-commerce supply chain finance;establish visualization of risk control system,namely the establishment of value network,information sharing,platform integration,visual model of electronic commerce risk of supply chain finance.Under the promotion of this new e-commerce supply chain finance,the future financing efficiency of SMEs will be further improved.
