Human resource economy is the important connotation of the knowledge economy,for the survival of countries and regions to provide lasting power.As the most active and the most active factors in the productivity factors,human resource has been recognized as the first resources to promote economic and social development.Performance appraisal and compensation system are two important research content of human resources.There is a complementary relationship performance and compensation,performance appraisal result is one of the important reference basis for compensation change,and the compensation incentive for the achievement of performance goals play an important guiding role.This article on the relevant theories of performance appraisal and compensation system,on the basis of development,to find and study the organic integration of performance appraisal and compensation system,enrich the connotation of the human resources management.First of all,this paper introduces the performance and compensation of the origin,development and research status at home and abroad,summarized the connotation of the performance appraisal and compensation system overview,introduces about constructing performance evaluation system and principle,technical methods and design process of salary system.Secondly,through internal data analysis and questionnaire investigation in A design institute co.,LTD.,the current compensation system,annual appraisal method carries on the analysis of diagnosis,found A company's compensation system lacks flexibility,transparency,its annual examination become A mere formality,already cannot satisfy the need to motivate employees,and promote enterprise development.According to the actual situation of the company,and find out the train of thought to solve the problem,namely,to build a new,complete performance appraisal system,and optimize the existing compensation system,which will integrate the performance appraisal and compensation system,establish performance oriented salary system.On performance appraisal system,KPI as the main technical method,establish the overall,layered,combining quantitative and qualitative assessment system,personal evaluation system and project evaluation system,so as to form a complete performance evaluation system.On the salary design,the construction of a horizontal classification and grade of longitudinal post salary,resetting skills wage level,increase the performance bonus.Finally,through the coefficient of performance appraisal,the establishment of performance bonus,performance appraisal and compensation system of comprehensive hook.In terms of organization,system construction,and performance appraisal and compensation system optimization of simultaneous,fall to the ground with the new system implementation to provide a good environment.
