Performance appraisal is one of the important means of human resources management.It enhances the execution ability of enterprises and is an important link to achieve the strategic goals of enterprises.The enterprise should establish a reasonable,effective and practical performance appraisal system suitable for the enterprise according to its own actual situation.Key Performance Indicator(KPI)is a key system based on the basic performance indicators of the employees,referring to the core of the current strategy of the company,and the requirement of science,rationality,and reality.In other words,KPI decomposes the company's strategic goals into three levels that can be actually operated:enterprise level KPI,departmental level KPI,and post level KPI.This is the key to decide whether the company can achieve success in performance evaluation.Nowadays,in the process of making KPI,enterprises are faced with the problem of the specific quantification of KPI and the dilemma of science matching enterprise strategy.Based on the research of the relevant results,this paper takes the production staff of Z manufacturing company as the objects,to design,implement,operate and evaluate the post KPI,It particularly studies the KPI that matches the strategy of Z manufacturing enterprises.In the structure of the thesis,firstly,the research background and significance of this topic are discussed,and then the basic theory of this topic is combed.Secondly,it analyzes the key problems existing in the performance evaluation of Z manufacturing enterprises and explores the corresponding solutions.Finally,according to the actual situation of the production employees of Z manufacturing enterprises,the hierarchical matching design of the enterprise strategy is highlighted,and the KPI performance evaluation system for the production employees of Z manufacturing enterprises is established.This paper puts forward the effective construction scheme of strategic position KPI for Z manufacturing enterprises.
