Comprehensive Evaluation Of Regional Poverty And Precise Poverty Alleviation Research Of The Poverty Belt Around Beijing And Tianjin

Since the poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin had been proposed,especially after the cooperation and development of Jing-Jin-Ji developed into a national strategy,much attention has been paid to the community,and the poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin has become a vital part of collaborative development.Throughout the years of poverty alleviation and development,the poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin has made a breakthrough progress,but still did not get rid of the vicious cycle of "annual poverty alleviation and annual poverty",the task of poverty alleviation is arduous.In order to promote the poverty alleviation of the poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin,this paper takes the theory of spatial poverty as the breakthrough point,and explores the regional poverty situation of the poverty belt of Beijing and Tianjin to provide a reference for achieving a comprehensive eliminate poverty.Firstly,this paper combs regional poverty theory.It combs the theory of poverty from the macroscopic,microscopic and spatial aspects,expounds the main theories,representatives and basic views in each perspective,and highlights the characteristics of the poverty theory based on the spatial perspective.Secondly,this paper analyses the development status of the poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin.It defines the scope of the study,and analyses the current situation of poor and poverty alleviation.It also analyses the differences from the three aspects of economic scale,industrial structure and people's life,using the modified urban gravity model to study the spatial economic relationship between Beijing,Tianjin and the poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin.It is found that the poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin has a significant improvement in economic and social development,but there is a huge difference between them,and Beijing and Tianjin have a weak influence on the poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin.Thirdly,This paper explores the internal structure of the poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin.It constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of spatial poverty from the three dimensions of nature,economy and society,using the entropy method to evaluate the overall poverty situation of the poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin dynamically.And it further analyses internal differentiation of the poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin by means of gray relational comprehensive evaluation model.This paper uses ArcGIS geography software to create spatial poverty differentiation map.Finally,on the basis of the present situation and the comprehensive evaluation of spatial poverty of the poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin,the paper puts forward the countermeasure of poverty alleviation from three aspects:natural regulation,economic regulation and social regulation.
