| In recent years,with the rapid development of network and computer technology,the Internet has gone deep into every aspect of people's life.A large number of excellent Internet companies have sprung up.From the “13th Five Year” Plan,it is easy for people to see that the Chinese government attaches great importance to the development of information technology.And also,the “network economy” strategy evokes a rare opportunity to the Internet industry.As a kind of new high technology industry,the Internet has a feature of high return with high risk.The Internet industry has developed rapidly and it has great uncertainty.At the same time,there are less companies can be used for comparison.As a consequence,compared with other traditional companies,the factors mentioned above make the Internet industry hard for people to control the risk.In view of this,this dissertation chooses an Internet company-AB as the research object,trying to set an example for the similar companies to improve financial risks and improve company management ability.This dissertation firstly concludes and combs the relevant domestic and foreign research results about financial risks,the research achievements in the Internet industry,and on the basis,this dissertation also explains the current situation of the financial risk in the industry.Secondly,with the help of the financial indexes analysis and Dupont analysis method,the dissertation makes an assessment analysis on the whole financial condition,funding risk,investment risk,capital recovery risk and cost risk.And the result shows there are several problems in the company,such as single funding sources,weak debt paying ability,the recovery risk of accounts receivable and raising cost risk.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,some suggestions are put forward for improvement,such as establishing early-warning system of financial risk,adopting diversified financing channels and establishing the management mechanism for accounts receivable etc. |
