| Xinjiang is the ancient "Silk Road" to Central Asia,Europe,the only way,as the two major economic circles in Asia and Asia,an important hub and logistics nodes,and the surrounding eight countries connected to the geographical advantage is obvious.In the "Silk Road Economic Zone" construction,the central government clearly put the Xinjiang into the core of the Silk Road economic zone strategic positioning.With the strengthening of the regional economic integration of the Silk Road economic zone,cross-regional logistics,information flow,business flow and capital flow are becoming more and more frequent.The logistics industry will play a huge role in saving costs and promoting social and economic development.At present,Xinjiang has formed a large,medium and small level of multi-level logistics center level system.The regional logistics center system with excellent spatial structure can improve the efficiency of regional logistics activities in Xinjiang,thus enhancing the diffusion effect and polarization effect of regional growth pole.Silk Road economic zone core area of the building has just started,with the relevant policies and financial support,Xinjiang's regional logistics will usher in a new period of development.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the spatial structure of regional logistics in Xinjiang,and to analyze the characteristics and key problems of Xinjiang regional logistics spatial structure,which is of great significance to the construction of core area of Silk Road economic zone.In this paper,Xinjiang regional logistics as the research object,first of all,the use of spatial statistical analysis of its quantitative description.Then,the fractal theory is used to analyze the spatial structure characteristics of Xinjiang regional logistics.The paper focuses on the fractal characteristics of Xinjiang regional logistics organization order structure,spatial correlation structure and spatial agglomeration structure,and finds out the spatial structure characteristics of regional logistics in Xinjiang(1)The order of the regional spatial distribution of logistics in Xinjiang,which is composed of 14 states(cities)in Xinjiang,is not uniform,the capacity of the secondary logistics center is not prominent,the structure is also loose,and the regional spatial structure of Xinjiang Not mature enough.In addition,the central role of Urumqi City is relatively weak,the support of the region's logistics activities are weak.(2)The self-organization evolution of regional logistics center system in Xinjiang shows an optimization trend in spatial structure.The spatial distribution of logistics system in the region is relatively uniform,and the regional logistics center system is not enough Weak gradient structure is not reasonable,the overall traffic network accessibility is not mature enough.(3)From the three regional logistics subsystems in Xinjiang,the regional logistics of the southern part of the Tianshan Mountains with the city of Korla as the core,the southern slope area of the Tianshan Mountains,Centered to the secondary center radiation density density of the spatial distribution of the situation,the attenuation rate is higher.In addition,the spatial structure of the system is very strong,but the middle of the fault,that part of the overall structure of the high compactness,and the first center of the central system of the cohesive structure has a certain degree of compactness but compactness is not high.Then,the quality of the fractal structure is evaluated.The results show that there are the following problems in the regional spatial structure of Xinjiang:(1)The capacity of the secondary logistics center of Xinjiang's Xinjiang regional logistics system is not prominent and the structure is looser.In addition,Urumqi City in Xinjiang regional logistics system center radiation is still weak,"polarization-diffusion" effect is not significant,not enough to drive the whole of Xinjiang regional logistics center system to improve the overall system.(2)Xinjiang regional logistics center system between the logistics center or weak correlation between the traffic,the overall traffic network accessibility is not mature enough.(3)Xinjiang "three regional regional logistics center to promote the" city of "characteristics of the obvious,limited influence on the surrounding areas.In addition,the synergies in the region are also poor.Finally,in view of the above problems,combined with the actual situation in Xinjiang put forward the corresponding optimization recommendations.(1)At the same time,it is necessary to find and nurture the secondary regional logistics center and expand the gathering capacity of the secondary regional logistics center to make up for the lack of the secondary regional logistics center in the Urumqi city's regional radiation center system in Xinjiang.problem.(2)To improve the development level of regional logistics network in Xinjiang,we need to plan the logistics infrastructure construction in the region,and need to build an open logistics information public service platform,perfect the effective connection between the electricity provider platform and the distribution network.(3)to improve the existing regional logistics center to enhance the radiation drive function,expand the regional logistics center radiation range.In addition,in view of the special geographical environment in Xinjiang,agglomeration can be taken to form a regional logistics development strategy. |
